I am disappointed that TIGLS has questioned the right of Martin, Paul, Alastair and myself to appear at the Inquiry. It’s clearly doomed to fail - and indeed I understand the Reporter has ruled in our favour.
We are just four people busy putting forward a case without the usual support that councillors would have from legal representatives and planners.
But what do TIGLS fear?

have your say

I do not think they questioned your right to appear, they requested clarification of your status as private citizens or elected officials. There is a difference and they, as well as the voting public, have a right to know. I am sure they look forward to cross examining you Cllr Storr and am also certain that they have dealt with far greater adversaries than your band of miscreants. I question your right to use this website in furtherance of your unsupported crusade against the future of Aberdeenshire.
We don’t have “elected officials” in the UK.
I am an elected member or councillor and will continue to represent the view that Aberdeenshire Council took as the Planning Authority on 29th November - which is also the view of many, many people.
